The Opportunistic Looter is a Breton found near Jakarn behind a warehouse near the Sentinel Docks. She will be taking the time to loot supplies during the Ra-Netu attack of the docks.
She will only appear if you did not recruit Neramo during Tip of the Spearhead back in Stros M'kai. The Opportunistic Looter will disappear after you complete Risen From the Depths.

When you speak to her while she's plundering:
