She used to be part of the related quest, though that is no longer the case. After stealing goods from the merchants, she was one of the people you could give to.

"Whatever you got, I'll take it off your hands! Spices? Furs? Some of those healing plants? Gold, maybe? Split-Ear says he got gold once. Do you have some? If you don't, that's fine. I'm not picky!"
