Nedeni Elarven

Nedeni Elarven is a Dark Elf mage that can be found with Virurarie in the Radius west of the Halls of Regulation, on the cliffs near the dam over the Mire Mechanica. She has been unsuccessful in seeking sponsorship from a Clockwork Apostle, so she's resorted to living in the wild, apparently looting destroyed factotums and fabricants.
