Two Imperial Ballistae are found on the siege platform in the chamber before the Sublime Brazier room in the Dragonfire Cathedral. When General Malivus' forces invade the sanctum, they can both be used to fire at them.

However, once the massive siege daedroth barges through the main gate, he shoots a fire ball at the siege platform, destroying both ballistae.
