While loitering near the Markarth Wayshrine, you may notice a pamphlet posted on the wall. It talks about job offers in Markarth, and mentions that anyone interested should speak with Consul Cardea for information. The consul is located north of the Markarth wayshrine. Speak with her about daily quests, and ask her as many questions as you'd like. Once you've had your fill of information, she gives you a small amount of gold for your trouble.
