Harimal is a Redguard hunter found near Cumberland's Watch. After his cousin Rama's defection, he allowed him to stay inside his hideout.

When he is met camping just outside a cave.

"Hello, stranger. If you're hungry, I've got extra."

Rama's got blood on his hands—a lot. Do you know where I can find him?

Rama's holed up in that cave over there. You don't want to tangle with him—he's meaner than a nest of vipers.
He traded swords with me because his had lost its edge. If I were you I'd just take his sword back to the Watch Captain Ernard and say you killed him."

If spoken to again, he says:

"Rama's family, so I'm sure you'll understand if I don't cooperate with his execution.
Just, please—make it quick."

Harimal's dialogue differs depending on how Rama is dealt with. If Rama is killed:

"Rama, dead. I can't believe it. I'm going to miss the old scoundrel."

Alternatively, if he is spared;

"Thank you for sparing my cousin.
Especially since I'm sure he doesn't deserve it. The old rascal."
