Halimorion was an Altmer vintner residing in Russafeld. He was known to abuse his Bosmer workers, which apparently led to his untimely death. Beyond his unpopularity, you are able to uncover further motives leading to his murder during the related quest.

He is briefly seen in a necromantic vision conjured by Jurisreeve Lorne, showing his murder:

He is shot by Celan in the middle of his sentence.
