Galfinar is a Wood Elf member of the Fighters Guild who is being held captive at the Tower of Lies. He can be found crouched next to one of the deceased prisoners. Galfinar is located in a cave south of Skordo's initial location, across the plasm lake. He has no unique dialogue.
