Flothlozel is a Dremora member of the Ciphers of the Eye who can be found with Jee-Jee in the northern part of Cipher's Midden.

Dialogue

During A Hidden Fate:

Flothlozel: "Rather strange. New faces appear but not ones I have known and not known in time. A presence beneath us shifts, a shift anew that reveals untold changes to our plane."

Jee-Jee: "A sour briny sea, with a smell of pungent earthy fungi. Sits heavy upon my tongue, and brings memories of a bad place."

Speaking to him:

"Eyes follow you here mortal, they follow us all, ever move we make is watched and recorded."

During Conclave of Fate:

Flothlozel: "The creeping nightmare seeps into our plane. It lingers at the back of my mind and floods my thoughts."

Jee-Jee: "Mm–my spines feel it as well, the lingering dark is ushered in. A smell that's carried on the wind is faint but sinister."

Speaking to him:

"Our land is ridden, plagued, and infested. I sense your determination to rid us of that and applaud you for your valiant, if not foolish, efforts."

During A Calamity of Fate:

Jee-Jee: "I taste the acrid tang of malice and mightmare on the wind. And a wafting stench of pesilent malignance. My spines tremble and my head swims."

Flothlozel: "It has infiltrated, the waking dream. A stranger now creeps through our tomes and fates. But we will continue as is our duty, or perish as it required."

Speaking to him:

"The fate of fates is imperiled by forces that even the all-seeing eye cannot see and yet we remain steadfast in our duty."

While you are investigating the sudden Daedra attacks in Cipher's Midden during An Unhealthy Fate, you will hear Jee-Jee and Flothlozel comment on it:

Jee-Jee: "Hmm- the stench recedes and the fear falters. The taste is no more but lingers slightly on the air."

Flothlozel: "The eyes still have turned to Apocrypha, not yet turned from our plane. Not yet."

Speaking to him:

"It comes to a close, but will this be the end? The omens are never precise."

After Chronicle of Apocrypha ^{[verification needed — see talk page]} is completed:

Flothlozel: "A lull has come. I am not convinced it will stay, but perhaps it is the beginning of the end that starts anew."

Jee-Jee: "Yes, it is quiet, but on the air I still taste a final note. Unclear. More is to come."

Speaking with him:

"Your arrival marked the beginning, and yet where will it all end?"
