Ehrib is a Redguard outlaw part of Gudarz's gang who can be found at the Saltwalker Militia Camp. He can be found on the northeast side of the camp under a tent with his Teqhan and Gukirmar, stomping on the former.
He will stop stomping Teqhan once you challenge Gudarz to a duel just to cheer and spectate.
