Khajiit Dominion Mender

Dominion Menders are guards that can be found patrolling near the flags of Dominion controlled resources and keeps in Cyrodiil. They also appear at the Scroll Temple of Altadoon and the Scroll Temple of Mnem, as well as their respective gates. They wear Dominion Style light armor with a matching restoration staff.
