Clendonir

Clendonir is a Wood Elf who can be found at one of the Scenic Viewpoint locations during the quest The Island Tour, available only during the Heroes of High Isle event.

The location in question is in the jungle east of Amenos Station, just south of the skyshard and west of the Haunted Coast Volcanic Vent. He can be found next to a strange Dwarven device with sparks flying off it. Alternatively, you may encounter three Daedric Cultists at this location instead.
