Cipher Sabinius, dead

Cipher Sabinius is a dead Cipher assisting the daedra in Quires Wind in Apocrypha. He brought four corrupted scrolls into the Wind under command of the First Servant, enraging the daedra and Hushed working in the Wind. He is found dead, presumably killed by Cipher Gelon in a fit of insanity right before he turns into a Hushed. Beside his corpse lies the Blank Scroll.

Sabinius is the author of his apology to his peers and the recipient of First Servant's Letter, Page 1 and First Servant's Letter, Page 2.
