"First, Argonians tended the land, allowing Khajiit to help. Then Nibenese settled here, causing the Khajiit to growl. After the Chapel of Zenithar was built, the Khajiiti wander-kings took it through blood-spilling. But that did not end the violence."

What happened then?

"Imperials took it back. Then when the Longhouse Emperors ruled, they controlled the city until Sai Sahan, at Varen Aquilarios's request, liberated it.
Now the city supports a harmonious mix of races. Argonians find this acceptable."
