If you haven't started the quest with Alvaren, you can come to Lorkrata Hills and find her hiding behind a ruined wall.

Cesabelle: "Over here! I'm hiding. Arkay help me but I loathe skeevers."

"I am praying for strength and courage. I should not be hiding from those foul creatures. Arkay watches over me, surely."

What are you doing out here?

"Working up my nerve to get out of here. My master Alvaren Garoutte charged several of us to find holy relics of Arkay's saints.
Praise Arkay, I was successful. I have a fragment of the scythe that killed Saint Octavien. I must get this relic to Alvaren."

Where are the others?

"Each knight went to a different place rumored to contain a relic. I came here, Matthiaume went to Flyleaf Catacombs, Edweg to Sanguine Barrows.
Do you think you can try to find them? We were to meet Alvaren at Hoarfrost Downs."

I'll try to find them.

"A tomb held the broken scythe blade that killed Saint Octivien. I hope it helps our cause.
I was just about to leave when I saw you enter the ruins. I must return to Alvaren with this relic."

However, if you've already started the quest and are looking for Saint Octavien's scythe, she'll ask:

"Who are you? You don't look like a skeever."

Alvaren Garoutte sent me to find you.

"By Arkay's beard, it is good to see a friendly face in this evil land."

Did you find the relic?

"Yes. A tomb held the broken scythe blade that killed Saint Octavien. I hope it helps our cause. I was just about to leave when I saw you enter the ruins. I must return to Alvaren with this relic."

She then returns to Alvaren, and out of the original three knights, Cesabelle is the only one to return.

"I hope these relics truly help against the undead. Alvaren is confident they will. We shall see."

After returning the collected relics to Alvaren, she will remain dedicated:

"Though I am the last of Alvaren's knights, I remain steadfast in his cause."
