A Bull Netch

Bull Netches are male netches. They can be found predominantly in Morrowind, protecting nearby herds and Betty Netches. Some have apparently been transported to Coldharbour due to the ongoing Planemeld.

Friendly Bull Netches are summoned during the quest Unorthodox Tactics but they are not actual NPCs and more like a scripted interaction visual. As such, they don't have collision and a health bar.
