Philius Dormier has set you some tasks

This quest was only available during the Pan-Elsweyr Celebration Event

I came across a notice about visiting Elsweyr and completing various tasks in order to receive rewards. The notice says I should speak with Philius Dormier once I complete the tasks.

1. Read An Invitation to Elsweyr or accept the quest via the Crown Store.
2. Visit a Striking Locale in Elsweyr.
3. Kill either a Delve boss or a Group Boss in Elsweyr.
4. Defeat a Dragon at a Dragonscour.
5. Speak with Philius Dormier for your reward.

Detailed Walkthrough

This quest is only available during the Pan-Elsweyr Celebration Event. To start this quest, you will need to accept it via the Crown Store or find a note entitled An Invitation to Elsweyr at one of the following Event Exchanges:

Event Exchange (Vvardenfell), Vivec City
Event Exchange (Summerset), near Alinor
Event Exchange (Northern Elsweyr), Rimmen
Event Exchange (Western Skyrim), Solitude
Event Exchange (Blackwood), Leyawiin

You will be given three tasks, all of which will require you to travel to either Northern Elsweyr or Southern Elsweyr. You will need to visit a Striking Locale, kill either a Delve boss or a Group Boss, and defeat a Dragon at a Dragonscour. Note that you will more than likely need the assistance of other players to take down a Dragon for this quest.

Once you have completed your three tasks, you will need to speak to Philius Dormier at one of the aforementioned Event Exchanges. He will have nothing to say to you prior to completing your tasks, but once you return he will greet you warmly:

"Ah, hello, my friend! You have sand on your boots and the smell of moon-sugar cakes wafting in your wake. Have you been adventuring in Elsweyr recently? I have a gift for you, courtesy of the Impresario, if so! A suitable reward for your adventures!"

I've completed the list of tasks in Elsweyr.

"Marvelous! Elsweyr is a land both majestic and terrifying, wouldn't you agree? The Khajiit are so full of life. Theirs is a culture unlike any other in Tamriel.
Here's your reward, brave adventurer. I hope you enjoyed yourself."

Although it's not repeatable (see Bugs), this quest counts as a daily for the purposes of the event. You will receive either a Glorious Elsweyr Coffer (if it is your first repeatable quest of the day) or a regular Elsweyr Coffer in addition to gold and XP. However, you will not get a ticket from completing this quest even if you hand it in in Northern Elsweyr.

• The quest is marked as Repeatable in the in-game Journal, despite only being completable once (or possibly once per event). ^?
