Where'd they come from?[edit]

Was the Pitcher Plant added in a patch or a plugin? I don't remember ever seeing these until I started playing again a month ago. Were they always in the game? Is there any kind of reference to this plant in the Construction Set? --AeronPeryton 06:45, 26 April 2009 (EDT)

Yup. They've always been there. They're only common around Blackwood so unless you spent some time there you won't have noticed them. –RpehTCE 07:32, 26 April 2009 (EDT)
They look like fly trap plants i have, thats probably what they are but oh well :)--VergilSparda 20:41, 24 December 2009 (UTC)

Orphaned Page[edit]

This page is orphaned. I tried linking to it from the lore section, but it doesn't fit in as all other game-specific plant pages are linked to from the 'ingredients' section. Is there anywhere appropriate to link this page to? Legoless 19:10, 25 March 2011 (UTC)

Maybe put it in the Harvested section but do something like "None (plant information)" and link from the bracketed portion? rpeh •TCE 19:42, 25 March 2011 (UTC)
I tried that, but it was undone. Should I add it back? Legoless 19:59, 25 March 2011 (UTC)
I removed that, as i thought it kind of pointless, sorry. But it may be worth including, just maybe not in the harvest location. Either way, it makes sense for the page to be linked somewhere, so go ahead and make that change! - Emoboy64 20:02, 25 March 2011 (UTC)
Definitely, add it back in with the plant page. It is a plant and it can be selected by the Player Character. It just does not EVER have any ingredients available for harvesting. I assume it was dropped or left hanging (a mistake) by the system developers. Obviously, it was meant to be a plant for harvesting at some point druing the development stage. Either it was forgotten about (and never tested - the glitch was not caught - during the interface stage). Regardless, players need to know that this plant never has ingredients "ready" for harvesting. Hence, unless it is included in the plant page, folks will continue to look online for the answer. — Unsigned comment by 76.226.36.1 (talk) at 04:52 on 20 August 2011 (UTC)
