Ihoar is a Breton witch who lives in a tower overlooking Kazbai, but she's not currently there; instead, she's investigating the Temple of the Tongues. You'll encounter her during the quest The Way of the Dead; in return for retrieving a parchment from the temple, she'll give you information on finding the Daughter of the Threads. If you join the Twin Lamps, you'll have to take Farida to see her in regards to the destruction of the Dead Mine, whereupon Farida will kill her.

Ihoar wears a burgundy linen shirt and pants, and sack cloth sandals, and is armed with a Skull Staff; she carries two superior healing potions.
