Hainab Ilunbani is a Dark Elf commoner and slave owner who owns (and spends all his time in) a gold mine under Kathar. He is notable only because you'll be sent to kill him during the Andalis' Men quest The Light in the Dark, and because he has the Bloodfire Staff hidden away in his lair.

He wears a Kathar gold robe and braided leather sandals.
