Er-Teeus

Er-Teeus is an Argonian herder that is found at the Daedric Shrine of Peryite. When you first explore the Shrine you will discover that you can not interact with any of the worshippers as they are frozen in place until you complete Peryite's Quest.

Er-Teeus was trapped in Oblivion while trying to get closer to Peryite. Once you speak to Peryite he will request that you travel to Oblivion to save them. After traveling to the Realm of Peryite you will discover him due west from where you begin the quest. You can free his soul by interacting with him. Once you return to Nirn having saved him, he will still not talk to you, still claiming that he and his fellow cultist must redeem themselves to Peryite. He will then spend all of his time wandering around the shrine, at times sitting on one of the benches, listening to the sermons randomly held by either Kewan or Maren the Seal.

He wears a monk robe, is armed with an iron dagger, and carries a few coins.
