• The extra 18 Strength given by the final version translates to 90 Encumbrance. Since the amulet only weighs 1, that's a net gain of 89 Encumbrance, making this a useful item to carry for looting purposes.

Bugs

• The version you should get from levels 5 to 9 is actually missing from the reward leveled list; meaning you will get the lowest version until you are level 10. This also occurs in Oblivion Remastered.
