Telura Ulver

Telura Ulver is a hostile Dark Elf sorceress and necromancer hiding in the cave of Shal. She was expelled from the Mages Guild when she was caught performing necromancy, a forbidden practice that she continues in her hideout along the Bitter Coast. Skink-in-Tree's-Shade feels that Telura is giving the Mages Guild a bad reputation and wants her dead. She is wearing an exquisite robe, expensive shoes, a leveled amulet, and a leveled ring. She is carrying two leveled potions and up to 20 drakes. Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, she knows the following spells: Weary, Bound Longbow, Summon Greater Bonewalker, Summon Least Bonewalker, Commanding Touch, Reflect, Weak Spelldrinker, and Summon Skeletal Minion. If engaged in conversation and spoke to about necromancy with a disposition of 80 or higher, she will say: "Yes, I am a Necromancer. What of it? Are you foolish enough to think you can punish me?"
