Entrance to the tower

Tel Mora Tower is a Telvanni tower of councilor Dratha. It is split into several sections listed below.

Lower Tower

Entrance to the lower tower can be reached without levitating. On the first floor you can find Daynali Dren, alchemy merchant. There is also some alchemical supplies on the shelf to the left. To proceed further you need to levitate to the next floor.

In the room to the right you can find enchanting skill book, Palla, Book II. In another room there is a door, leading to a spiraling path to the upper tower section.

However, if you levitate even futher up you can find a door to the tower services section.

Tower Services

Main article: Tower Services

This is a single floor section. Here you can find three spell merchants: Tinaso Alan, Diren Vendu and Salama Andrethi. Tinaso and Diren also provide spellmaking services.

You can also find two notable books here, 36 Lessons of Vivec, Sermon 24 near Diren and The Wolf Queen, Book VIII near Tinaso.

Upper Tower

On the first floor there is an assortment of books, one of them is the 2920, Hearth Fire skill book. Upstairs there is a bedroom and if you go further you can find Dratha, Telvanni councilor herself. Next to her there is an exit leading to a balcony.
