Llivas Othravel

Llivas Othravel is a Dark Elf witchhunter and Disciple of the Tribunal Temple found in at the grand council chambers in Ebonheart. She is the current representative of the Tribunal Temple in the Grand Council, the local legislature of the district of Vvardenfell.

Llivas wears a boiled netch leather cuirass along with a matching helm. She also wears netch leather greaves with matching boots and gauntlets along with a pair of common pants. She carries a Dwarven crossbow and up to 150 gold. Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, Llivas knows the following spells: Summon Skeletal Minion, Spell Absorption, Vivec's Feast, Sotha's Mirror, Recall, Mark, Commanding Touch, Summon Least Bonewalker, Summon Greater Bonewalker, Bound Longbow, Bound Spear, Bound Battle-Axe, Bound Mace, Bound Longsword, and Bound Dagger.
