The Foyada Bani-Dad is one of the "fire-rivers", or cooled lava channels, running down the slopes of Red Mountain. The foyada runs from the northwestern lip of the crater of Dagoth Ur just north of Maar Gan to the coast of the Sea of Ghosts, north of Khuul. The Derelict Shipwreck at the sea mouth of the ravine is a landmark. East of it is the Daedric Shrine of Assurnabitashpi and the Urshilaku Camp lies east of the ruins, inland in a low hollow.
