Map of High Rock

Portdun Creek (formerly known as Portdun Watch) is a town found in Stormhaven, a region of the province of High Rock. It was originally an outwork built for Firebrand Keep, the enclave of the Knights of the Flame. It protected the road between the city of Wayrest and the castle-town of Alcaire Castle, but it was later abandoned.[1] However, it eventually became a prominent settlement.

History[edit]

Portdun Watch was built as an outwork of Firebrand Keep and served to protect the road between Wayrest and the castle-town of Alcaire. At one point, the tower was abandoned,[1] and it became a bandit hideout that attacked passing caravans.[2]

During the Imperial Simulacrum in the late Third Era, the town of Portdun Creek was an active settlement. It was ruled by Baroness Belladabyth and had a rivalry with Old Gate and Vermeir Wastes.[3] It was neighbored by several settlements, including Markwasten Moor to the northwest and Norvulk Hills to the south.[4]
