Kelps Yat (also called Dragon Grove)[1] is a village found in southwestern Hammerfell, specifically in its tropical rainforest-filled peninsula on the shores of the Eltheric Ocean,[2] and near the city-state of Hegathe.[3]
The town of Kelps Yat has been in existence since at least the Tiber War.[3] During the Imperial Simulacrum in the late-Third Era, the village of Dragon Grove was an active settlement. It was ruled by Lady Klaltaki and had a rivalry with Chasetown.[1] Dragon Grove is neighbored by several settlements, including Sunkeep to the northeast, and Hegathe to the southeast.[4]
