"Well, I specialize in building houses in the traditional Stone style. I have nothing against the Timber style you've used here, but you have to admit, it gets a bit monotonous after a while, no? Anyway, now that I've arrived you can reconstruct any building in this town with Stone."

When spoken to after speaking to Gaius Platorius:

"Hello, Warrior."

Gaius tells me you saw some goblins.

"Goodness, yes. Yesterday afternoon, I was collecting stones from a nearby cave.
Thank the Divines I saw them first. An entire group of them! They were carrying a dreadful statue covered in what appeared to be blue paint.
It was enchanting, and terrifying. It reminded me of the Daedric Princes.
I dared not move for some time. I had to be certain I wasn't noticed..."
