Kellon Beleg

Kellon Beleg is a Dark Elf herald who lives in the Imperial City Talos Plaza District with his wife, Eola.

He gets up at 7am every morning and eats breakfast for two hours, then goes to work at the Imperial Service. He comes home at 6pm to eat dinner, then goes to the Tiber Septim Hotel to chat with the folks there; he returns home at midnight and goes to bed.

He wears a red velvet outfit, thick cowhide shoes, and a gold ring; he carries keys to the house and office, and a moderate amount of gold.

The house is located in the northeast corner of the Talos Plaza District. The ground floor has a dining table in one corner, along with a small desk and a bench for guests to sit. The bedroom has a double bed, small writing desk, and a sitting/reading area in one corner with a couple wine racks, bookcases, and chairs around a low table.
