Skinned Hounds are yet another bizarre species inhabiting the Shivering Isles. They are often found in and around ruins, accompanying other undead creatures. Other than their appearance, they have no remarkable abilities at their disposal. The appearance of the Skinned Hound and the Greater Skinned Hound is identical other than a small difference in size.
